In my search for cool helmet designs, I found what I was looking for at the American manufacturer Icon. Inspired by Marvel comics, action and horror movies, Icon offers countless exquisite helmet models in its current collection that are anything but ordinary and boring.
The stupidest thing you can actually do is to go into a motorcycle clothing store unprepared and hope to find 'something cool'. Often you find 0815 bores and dust catcher items. Especially in Switzerland, where even bikers often don't dare to step out of character, you wear something inconspicuous, ordinary, boring. Just don't stand out! That is often enough the motto. If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, you have to come across select one-off pieces and then research further to really find the unique piece you're looking for.
For this reason, I have made myself on the Internet in search of cool helmet designs. I have found the American brand "Icon". The point of this article is not to judge the quality of the helmets or to explain the functionalities of the helmets, it is solely about a strong and unusual helmet design. And you have to give Icon credit for that, the guys from Portland, Oregon, are really good at it. One can only give Icon a big compliment for the high degree of creativity and good taste. By the way: This is not a paid PR story, Icon doesn't know anything about me writing a review about their helmets. No, whoever delivers such great helmet designs deserves to be presented to interested bikers, after all, that's why I run this channel. About crappy goods we do not have to talk here.
